I specialise in helping beginners build confidence with fitness, whether you're stepping into exercise for the first time, returning after a break, or simply feeling unsure where to start. My approach focuses on making fitness simple, achievable, and enjoyable, with programmes that can be done at home or in the gym. I also provide safe and effective training for pre- and postnatal women, helping you stay active, strong, and confident throughout every stage of your journey.

Ante-natal and Post-natal

Pre- and postnatal fitness is a great way to support your body during pregnancy and after birth. Staying active can help you feel stronger, boost your energy, and build confidence as your body changes through motherhood.

1:1 From Home

You don't need a gym to get started. In a park, your living room or garden, I will tailor each session to your goals in a fun and familiar environment.
